"Thank you, you let me change lanes..while I was driving in my car..(something something, fa-la-la)". Remember this tune?? I am breathing.. it..now. After several years of forgetting I even have a diaphragm.
To apartmenttherapy.com; to my (oh so brief, yet lifelong) teachers @ Emperors (an eternity ago, until this night), to the "little asshole" sharing it real...and to God as I know him: thank you for letting me change lanes today.

Many blessings and great success to authentic you, Mr Poke. Now then, carry on. ;>

I would have known to not have as good of a time as i did. But I think I'm just the kindda guy who can be happy in the middle of a shit show (Hey I actually liked Fast and Furious). call me sometime, we miss you.

It is my first time to have actually encountered about this technique of managing heartburn and indigestion. Nevertheless, thank you for this added information.

Not only are bitters a great antispasmodic (i.e. they keep keep the nausea down - which you already mentioned) but they are also a great source of antioxidants which may be needed after a night of drinking. Thanks for the post.

ps - I used about 1-2 cups of the solution per side.... I never tried it with a neti pot, but I always thought you tilted your head back with that method. The bulb syringe _has_ to be easier, don't ya think?
======
For the tea, can't you also do ginger, lemon, cyanne pepper?

Wouldn't sugar be counter-intuitive for inflamation and mucous, or at least doesn't sugar (in any form, sugar, honey, etc) usually 'weaken' an individual? (Unless of course the honey was local for allergen immunity building, or nutirentis in maple or molasses... but I still thought in general, sugars weakened the system, example if you held a spoon of sugar and muscle tested, your arm would go down...)

It is pretty simple - use the baby bulb squeezer thing [ my name for it because I can't remeber the real name of said object at the moment...]. The implement is the thing used to clean their noses, I think by suctioning it out. Anyhow, its really easy to use - you just suck up your saline/baking soda/distilled water formula into the squeeze bulb implement and then you squirt it in your nose and it comes out the other side. Although I always had a hard time rembering if you were supposed to lean your head over or keep upright though, so I think I bent forward half way to the sink if that makes sense. I also felt it's a bit nerve wracking thinking the liquid might get 'stuck' in the sinus passages way back in your head or 'drown' (gag) you, but I know I always feel better when I use it.

That was really clear, wasn't it??? But the point was, use the syringe bulb and it works :)
