Yes, we accept health insurance. We are in network with Blue Shield and an out-of-network provider for most PPO Insurance Plans. If your PPO insurance company covers acupuncture, we will bill your insurance for you as a courtesy. The Affordable Care Act coverage by Blue Shield usually will reimburse a good portion of the visit cost. Please note that currently, Medicare/MediCal does not cover acupuncture in California. You are responsible for any co-payments and any amounts for which your insurance does not reimburse us. If you would like to find out the extent to which your insurance plan covers our services, we would be happy to verify your acupuncture benefits for you (see form above).
